When and how do I get paid? +

What's the minimum? +
No minimum to start, and the free account is yours either way. Cashback begins at the Small tier — 8% once you're running about $1k/mo — and climbs to 11%, 14%, and up to 16% as you scale. Below $1k/mo you keep the free account and start earning the moment you cross into the Small tier.
Do I really keep the cash? +
Yes — it goes to you, not to a referrer or a middleman. Your tier rate on your verified spend, paid straight to you on the 5th.
