CASHBACKHUB is a cashback platform for advertisers who run paid campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta. We are an authorized marketing partner that shares a portion of the advertising rebate back with the advertisers who use our Service. We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, country, city, language preference, and the workspace details you provide when you sign up and during onboarding.
• Connected ad account data — when you connect a TikTok, Snapchat, or Meta advertising account through secure authorization (OAuth), we access account-level spend totals and invoice-level data needed to calculate your cashback. We do not access or store your campaigns, ad creatives, audiences, or targeting.
• Payout information — the payout method and recipient details you add (for example Wise, Payoneer, or USDT details) so we can pay your cashback. Sensitive payout details are encrypted at rest.
• Usage, device, and analytics data — pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and device and browser information, collected through cookies and analytics tools when you have consented to them.
• Communications — messages you send us, including support requests.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Calculate, track, and pay the cashback you are owed.
• Communicate with you about your account, payouts, and updates.
• Prevent fraud, secure the Service, and enforce our terms.
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Understand usage and improve the Service (analytics, where you have consented).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers — vendors that help us run the Service, including hosting and database infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), analytics (Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity), and payout processors (such as Wise, Payoneer, and digital-currency rails). They may only process data on our instructions.
• Advertising platforms — TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta, to the extent needed to read the spend data you authorized and to calculate your rebate.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CASHBACKHUB, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (for example, to keep you signed in) are required for the Service to function. Analytics and advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, are loaded only after you grant consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through your browser or our cookie controls.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive payout details, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. We retain certain records for longer where required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. CASHBACKHUB operates worldwide. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one where you live, including countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

The Service is intended for businesses and advertising professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
