Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at cashbackhub.co and the services provided by CASHBACKHUB ("CASHBACKHUB", "we", "us", or "our") — together, the "Service". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

CASHBACKHUB provides two things to advertisers: (a) managed TikTok advertising accounts — real, official ad accounts opened for you under our marketing partner structure, typically within 24 hours and at no charge; and (b) a cashback program that pays you back a percentage of your verified advertising spend, at the published tier rates. The Service is intended for businesses and advertising professionals, not consumers.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your workspace.
  • You must comply with TikTok's advertising policies and all applicable laws when running campaigns.

3. The free ad account

We open a real, official TikTok ad account for you at no charge — no setup fee, no card on file, no monthly fee. Once delivered, you own the login: you set the password, and your campaigns, creatives, audiences, products, and budgets remain 100% yours. We never operate your campaigns and never access your creatives — we read invoice-level spend only, which is the basis for your cashback. Account delivery timelines (typically 24 hours) are a service goal, not a guarantee.

4. The cashback program

Cashback is calculated on your verified monthly ad spend at the published tier rates:

  • Small — $1,000 to $10,000 per month: 8%
  • Medium — $10,000 to $50,000 per month: 11%
  • Big — $50,000 to $200,000 per month: 14%
  • Whale — $200,000+ per month: 16%

Founding members receive +2 percentage points on their tier rate for their first 12 months, with the displayed and headline rate capped at 16%. Spend below the Small tier floor does not accrue cashback, but the free account remains yours. Tiers, rates, and program mechanics may be updated prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to already-verified spend.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made on the 5th of each month for the previous month's verified spend, via USDT, Wise, or Payoneer, to the payout method you configure. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes applicable to amounts you receive. We may withhold or adjust a payout where spend cannot be verified, where a platform reverses or refunds charges, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse (see Section 7).

6. Fees and how we make money

The Service is free for advertisers: no setup fee, no subscription, and no markup on your ad spend. TikTok pays its partners a commission on managed ad spend; we share most of that commission back with you as cashback and keep a portion to run the business.

7. Acceptable use and anti-abuse

  • One pending ad-account request per workspace — duplicate or automated requests may be rejected or cancelled.
  • No artificial, fraudulent, or self-dealing spend designed to farm cashback; no misrepresentation of who operates the account.
  • No use of the Service to run ads that violate TikTok policy or applicable law.
  • We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these rules and void cashback attributable to abusive activity.

8. Your content and data

You retain all rights to your campaigns, creatives, audiences, and business data. Our access is limited to invoice-level spend data needed to compute cashback, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time, free of charge — your ad account login remains yours. Cashback verified before cancellation is paid out on the normal schedule. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

10. No performance guarantee

We do not guarantee advertising results of any kind — no promised ROAS, CPA, delivery, approval, or revenue outcomes. Ad performance depends on your campaigns, your products, and the advertising platform. Cashback rates apply only to verified spend as described in Section 4; projections shown by our calculator are illustrative.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the cashback amounts payable to you for the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok beyond the marketing-partner relationship described here.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
